This format is specifically engineered for experienced EVO riders who are ready to push past their typical limits with advanced stamina and power requirements. The class is split into a 30-minute endurance ride on the bike followed immediately by a 20-minute high-intensity segment off the bike. Unlike standard rides, this training method focuses on late-ride durability, training your body to maintain power even when fatigued as you transition to the floor.
