Studio Location: 322 E College Ave, Appleton We focus on longer holds in each pose, increasing circulation in the joints & promotes increased flexibility. This style is similar to Yin Yoga, but with our heated twist. Temperatures 95+ degrees Classes are available to book 10 days in advance. Sweat towel service is FREE. Please bring your own mat. Manduka studio mat rental is available for $5. Studio opens 20-minutes before every class. All classes start on time, NO LATE ENTRY. 8-HOUR CANCELLATION: If you cancel your reserved spot (or no show) within 8-hours of class start, you will lose your class credit.
